La Grange Art League OPEN CALL for Artists - Juried Show
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: July 19th - midnight OPENING RECEPTION: Saturday, September 7th, 6-8 pm. Prizes awarded at 7 PM JURY DECISIONS: Thursday, August 1st - communicated via email SHOW DATES: September 4 - 17, 2024 (Tues - Sat 10 AM - 5 PM) DROP-OFF Dates: Drop off is August 29, 30, & 31 between 10am - 5pm PICKUP DATES: Sept 26-28, 2024 (Thur - Sat, 10 AM - 5 PM) |
Artists are welcome to submit a maximum of three pieces for consideration. All selected artworks must be 2D and ready to hang using D-ring and wires. Pieces must be framed or if not framed, the substrate must have finished sides, a gallery depth of 1.5". Width and height of selected pieces must be 48 inches or less.
Prizes:
Sales: Art sold in this show will be subject to a 70/30 split between Artist/LGAL. Please note and price accordingly.
Application Fee: Application fee is $30 payable using link which will be automatically sent after the form is submitted. The application fee is non-refundable. Application fees do not apply to members of the La Grange Art League.
Marketing materials will be provided for artists whose work has been selected to complement the marketing efforts at La Grange Art League for this show.

Prizes:
- Best of Show - Opportunity to have a featured show at LGAL, $100 and a one-year LGAL membership.
- First Place prize - $50 and a one-year membership
- Second, Third, and Honorable mentions - Ribbons (plus bragging rights!)
