Anyone can learn to draw, and this six-week program will help you acquire those skills. Develop your artistic eye with step-by-step instructions using a combination of demonstrations, lectures, and drawing projects that will build your ability to see accurately. You will learn how to properly hold a pencil, define your subject with basic shapes, draw the outline of a subject, and build beautiful tone drawings by identifying the correct tonal values. If you always wanted to draw or improve your current skills, this course will give you the fundamental tools you need.

Supply List: 

1. 1x14 inch sketch pad (not newsprint)
2. Kneaded eraser
3. Two or more of the following pencils – 6B, 4B, 2B, H, or 2H, and a soft black graphite stick.
