Bumble Bee Yoga

Session B: Tuesdays, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30
Time: 4-5pm, first floor studio
Creative expression with yoga moves will help children learn relaxation and meditation in their yoga journey. Children will learn breathing techniques, flowing yoga asanas (poses), guided relaxation with visuals, and mediation. Each student will learn to enhance focus and increase balancing skills. They will have heightened awareness of the present moment while gaining strength and flexibility. Children will learn calming techniques in addition to a variety of yoga poses throughout this exciting yoga class!
