Explore the art of relief printmaking with carved linoleum blocks. Printmaking is a wonderful medium who feel they "aren't good at drawing". And if you ARE good at drawing, printmaking forces you to think in reverse which is a great creative exercise. You will follow several steps including transferring a design, carving, inking, and making multiple prints from a block. We will explore many techniques during the session including reduction printing, jigsaw printing and key block printing. Ink and inking equipment will be provided. Other consumables are brought in by participants.
