This course is for those students already with minimum basic to intermediate experience with the materials and medium. This class is about thinking more deeply about concepts and themes in your work and how to best utilize the materials to achieve that. Students will be expected to also keep a sketchbook for both idea gathering and painting planning. Students are welcome to consider working on a small series or on larger works that may take several classes to complete. One on one time with the instructor will be offered each week to discuss work themes and any technical troubleshooting of the materials.
