Submission Guidelines
Eligibility
- All submitted pieces must be original and created by you, the artist.
Submission Photo Guidelines
- Please submit clear photos of at least 3 different pieces of your work that accurately reflect the items you plan to sell at the market.
Website/Social Media (Optional)
- If you have a website or social media profiles that showcase your work, feel free to include links in your submission.
Inventory Sheet
- Along with your submission, please provide the estimated number of pieces you plan to have available for sale at the market.
Artwork Sales & Commission Policy
- LGAL will retain a 35% commission on all sales.
- Artists will receive payment within 30 days of the exhibition’s close

- Online Submissions Open: September 25,2025
- Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received by Tuesday October 14, 2025
- Acceptance/Decline Notifications: Artists will be notified of jury results via email no later than Friday October 17, 2025.
- Drop Off: October 21 - 25, 2025 from 10 PM - 4:30 PM
- Market Dates: November 4 - Dec 31, 2025.
- Holly Market Reception: Saturday, November 8th, 2025 from 6 PM-8 PM
- Pick-Up: January 2 - 3, 2025 from 10 AM - 4:30 PM
