The LaGrange Art League invites talented makers, artists, and creators to be part of our annual Holly Market—a festive holiday marketplace known for high-quality, handcrafted gifts. The Market is now open! Stop by our lovely gallery and studio in the heart of downtown La Grange, located at 122 Calendar Ave, to shop and celebrate the season.

Submission Guidelines

Eligibility

  • All submitted pieces must be original and created by you, the artist. 

Submission Photo Guidelines

  • Please submit clear photos of at least 3 different pieces of your work that accurately reflect the items you plan to sell at the market.

Website/Social Media (Optional)

  •  If you have a website or social media profiles that showcase your work, feel free to include links in your submission.

Inventory Sheet

  • Along with your submission, please provide the estimated number of pieces you plan to have available for sale at the market. 

Artwork Sales & Commission Policy

  • LGAL will retain a 35% commission on all sales.
  • Artists will receive payment within 30 days of the exhibition’s close

  • Online Submissions Open: September 25,2025
  • Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received by Tuesday October 14, 2025
  • Acceptance/Decline Notifications: Artists will be notified of jury results via email no later than Friday October 17, 2025. 
  • Drop Off: October 21 - 25, 2025 from 10 PM - 4:30 PM
  • Market Dates: November 4 - Dec 31, 2025.
  • Holly Market Reception: Saturday, November 8th, 2025 from 6 PM-8 PM
  • Pick-Up: January 2 - 3, 2025 from 10 AM - 4:30 PM

SUBMISSION JURORS

All submissions will be reviewed by our gallery committee. Artists will be notified of jury results via email no later than Friday October 17, 2025. 

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

If accepted, all vendors should fill out an inventory sheet that will be emailed out to you. Please bring it along when you drop off your items.
