This exhibition highlights both intuitive, impulse-driven creativity and thoughtful, intentional inspiration.

• Open to artists High School Students and older
  
• Eligible media: painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, mixed media & sculpture
  
• Artwork must be original, created after January 1, 2020
  
• Maximum size: 48" (height or width)
  
• Maximum weight: 40 lbs
  
• Works on paper: framed under glass with clean, dust-free mats
  
• All artwork must be wired for hanging using two D-rings placed one-third from the top
  
• Wire must be taut and not visible above the frame
  
• Bumpers required on bottom corners
  
• Unframed canvases: must have finished edges (approx. 1.5") and follow identical wiring standards

• Hand-delivery only — shipped works will not be accepted

• While we welcome a wide range of artistic expression, the LaGrange Art League reserves the right to decline artwork that may be considered controversial or unsuitable for our gallery environment.
  
  
  
  

• Each application allows the submission of up to two pieces.
• 3D artists may include one additional detail/alternate-view image
• Multiple entries are permitted if you choose to submit more than 2 pieces of artwork as well as pay an additional $35 application fee for each additional entry.
• Images must be JPEG, 300 DPI, under 5 MB Labeled with: Title_Artist Name_Medium

To enrich the viewer experience, we encourage artists to include a brief statement about their submitted piece. Your artist statement should describe the inspiration behind the work, the emotions or ideas it expresses, and the ways in which it reflects the artist’s intentions—whether personal, communal, or environmental.

Please keep statements to 150 words or fewer.
