Christy Verity

I completed a B.A. in Fine Art in 1983, but have found employment in banking, finance and technology project management. After spending most of my adult years as a serial crafter, I re-discovered my love of being a maker of fine art, and found pastel painting. I love examining light and shadow and what is in between. A lot of my paintings capture a peaceful moment or a memory and a love the natural world. Sometimes the the people may be just past the bend in the path, or about to step into the picture.
