2026 LGAL Revitalization Initiative

For more than 90 years The La Grange Art League, a 501 (c) (3) organization, has been a place where creativity thrives, artists grow, and our community comes together through the arts. Today we are asking for your help to ensure that this treasured resource continues to serve future generations.

The La Grange Art League has launched a revitalization and improvement initiative with a fundraising goal of $51,000 by September 2026.

What needs to happen and why it is important:

  • Repair of deteriorated building facade including critical brick & mortar work. This will also eliminate the certainty of further damage.
  • Installation of new signage to prominently identify the La Grange Art League’s presence, improve our streetscape, foot traffic, and attract artists and visitors.
  • Replacement of first floor flooring that is worn and has damaged surfaces.
  • Improvements to 1st floor exhibit, educational, and display areas. This will Include electrical upgrades, work areas, and professional displays.

These repairs and improvements are more than building upgrades, they are investments. They will allow The La Grange Art League to continue fulfilling its mission of welcoming artists in an inspiring environment and strengthen our presence within the communities we serve.

Because the La Grange Art League is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization, we do not receive any significant government funding. We rely on the generosity of members, patrons, businesses, and friends to sustain our programs and facilities. Every gift makes a difference!

With your help we can achieve our September goal of $51,000! Join us in investing in creativity, community, and the future of the arts. Together we can make it happen.
