Curious about oil and cold wax painting? This beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn how to mix oil paint with cold wax medium to create rich textures, soft layers, and beautiful atmospheric effects—no prior experience needed.

We’ll explore simple techniques using non-traditional tools like brayers, palette knives, and scrapers to apply and manipulate paint. You’ll experiment with layering, mark-making, and basic composition in a fun, supportive environment. This is a great way to loosen up, trust your instincts, and discover a new form of creative expression.

No drawing or oil painting background required. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play!
