Course Description:
Join Julie and learn the basics of painting outdoors. The Dean Nature Sanctuary is the perfect location for a variety of subjects with prairie grasses, trees, flowers and a fishing pond. There is a gazebo for sun and light rain coverage. Bring a table easel or easel if you have one. Email Julie at jeskoda@mac.com if you need help with supplies.

I’ll be demonstrating using soft pastels, but you may use any medium that you would like. The concepts are the same for all mediums and I’m familiar with oil, acrylic, gouache and watercolor
I’ll have extra paper and pastels for anyone that would like to try pastels
